A Rare Gem Of A Business!
KA plumbing and heating have renewed my faith in tradesmen!
After numerous bad experiences with plumbers over the years - not showing up, dishonest pricing, poor workmanship - I was dreading needing a boiler replacement after mine suddenly stopped working. I was recommended KA plumbing and heating by a friend and I couldn’t be happier. They supplied and installed a new boiler within 48 hours of me reaching out to them. They were communicative and friendly throughout the process, respectful, clean and tidy and up front about costs.
Would I use them again? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to someone else? In a heartbeat!

Leo and his team installed a new boiler and from start to finish all aspects of the job were excellent. He gave us a fixed price, an idea of how long it would take, and the whole team of him, Matt & Dan were friendly, clean and tidy. Leo even took time to explain how the system worked and any thing that we could sort out ourselves if any minor problems occurred. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic local plumber!
A great local plumber who I would wholly recommend. We have used Leo on a number of occasions since we moved to Waterbeach and he is now our ‘Go To’ plumber. He fitted our new boiler and megaflow, our water conditioning unit and most recently serviced our boilers. Great combi boiler install
We used KA Plumbing and Heating to remove our old back boiler and install a new Vaillant combi boiler. We went with them as we’ve used them in the past - Leo did a great job then.
This time round Leo was quick to come back on the quote, and the project was booked in quickly. Mark and Danny did a great job fitting the boiler, were clean and tidy and really friendly. Everything done on time and too budget. Really happy with the whole process.

Great work recapping a gas pipe
Very nice and polite. Explained how he was going ro do the work I had requested (lowering a capped gas pipe to sit below flooring level). Was able to come the next day after I requested the job and the jib was done very quickly. Would recommend.

A fast and efficient service
It took less than a week from making an initial enquiry to having the work completed and signed off. This included a visit to assess what was needed; a quote which arrived the next day, and an engineer booked in. Our options were explained clearly throughout and advice given. The work was carried out in a careful, friendly and professional way and we are completely satisfied with the result.
One thing that impressed us was having a quote for the job and not the time needed to carry it out. Our work took longer than expected and ran into a second day. This didn't cost us any more and we felt reassured that it wasn't being rushed to complete on time.
We would recommend KA Heating & Plumbing and will use them again, if necessary.

Prompt and efficient boiler repair
I can’t praise this company enough-after a boiler leak, the plumber arrived within an hour, diagnosed the problem and contacted the boiler manufacturer with the details and arranged the repair for me under warranty. He was extremely helpful and professional - he even liked my dog!
